WHY A DISPLAY CAKE?

Wedding venues are offering so many desserts and dessert choices, that a real cake to feed your guests may not be required. Also, with all the guests having different food dietary, allergies and preferences, many times, the cake just doesn’t make sense.

WHAT ARE DISPLAY CAKES?

Display cakes are made of Styrofoam forms, that are covered in REAL fondant, buttercream or royal icing. All the decorations are done the same as would be for a real cake. They smell fantastic, just like a real cake.

Do you have a specific design in mind? Or do you want a cake designed for your special day? NO PROBLEM!! All display cakes can be designed and decorated especially for you. Consultations and quotes are no charge. Come in and relax and enjoy planning the cake with me! Pricing is based in the complexity of the design.
